The location of the place is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from a lovely beach, next to shops, buses, and the town center.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest Hotels I have stayed in. Very close to the beach, in a quiet part of Playa d Palma but either side of the Hotel and only a short walk away there were bars restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel were you can get a bus into Palma at a cost of 1.25 euro... so in all a good location.

The Hotel wasn't really geared up for English visitors, ie. no english channels on the TVs, we were given a dinning timetable in German as there was no English version, although staff did help with this and translated. Would have been nice to have had tea making facilities in our room, but again we overcome that.

The room is spotless and the bed is good, and the food offer is amazing.

The twin room room was included with full bed, shower, English channels. The location of the hotel was favourable and absolutely perfect, to restaurants in the city for dinner.

The bathroom was really small, I didn't like it.

The beach is right in front of the hotel and the pool was great. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was clean.

A bit noisy

Perfect and stylish venue, wonderful location very close to centre of Palma, restaurants, and HM Tropical. Perfectly clean room with an open bathroom. Extensive and delicious breakfast — variety of meals.

Excellent service at Hm Tropical. Lovely views of the sea from my twin room. - Exceptionally comfortable bed. - Great swimming pool at the hotel. - Convenient location close to supermarket, bus lines, shops, and restaurants.

extremely friendly and gentle staff from waiter, and the ambience is comfortable. the hotel's location is favourable and stunning and right at a bus stop. it is also right at cafeterias and bars.
