Hm Tropical Hotel - Playa de Palma (Mallorca)

The twin room room was included with full bed, shower, English channels. The location of the hotel was favourable and absolutely perfect, to restaurants in the city for dinner.

The bathroom was really small, I didn't like it.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest Hotels I have stayed in. Very close to the beach, in a quiet part of Playa d Palma but either side of the Hotel and only a short walk away there were bars restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel were you can get a bus into Palma at a cost of 1.25 euro... so in all a good location.

The Hotel wasn't really geared up for English visitors, ie. no english channels on the TVs, we were given a dinning timetable in German as there was no English version, although staff did help with this and translated. Would have been nice to have had tea making facilities in our room, but again we overcome that.

The beach is right in front of the hotel and the pool was great. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was clean.

Perfect and stylish venue, wonderful location very close to centre of Palma, restaurants, and HM Tropical. Perfectly clean room with an open bathroom. Extensive and delicious breakfast - variety of meals.

The breakfast was good and the staff was kind, helping us secure a taxi at 4 a.m. The wellness area and proximity to the beach made it a relaxing getaway. Just don't expect a quiet night due to thin walls!

its location was amazing and beautiful, just 5 minutes walk from palma beach. it was also close to the airport, restaurants, bars, supermarket and other shops, shops and all three areas.

extremely friendly and gentle staff from waiter, and the ambience is comfortable. the hotel's location is favourable and stunning and right at a bus stop. it is also right at cafeterias and bars.

A Family Vacation Should Be Easy

The staff is beyond accommodating! Just like a family reunion after ages. Special shoutout to the amazing cleaning staff who lined up my sandals so perfectly, every morning it seemed like my own personal concierge service.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable.

I chose this hotel as last minute holiday and didn't regret I stayed here as a coincidence. All rooms have (partially) sea views. As I requested I received a quiet room, no noise, no crying and drunken people, most of guest were mature people... I stayed with bed/breakfast onlyand I think that was a good idea because food was rather limited in the morning.

I think I was the only Belgium guest, but you must know this part of Mallorco (Playa de Palma) is the Costa Berlin...

The food was exelent, just over the top great

Missing minibar or refrig at the room, that would be great to have. And the room was overbooked so we had to stay at at a nerby hotell the first night, that was not the plan...
